Derald R. Weber was elected in March 2021 as the Louisiana District Superintendent for the United Pentecostal Church, Intl.

For almost twenty-five years, he pastored the church he founded, The Pentecostals of Lafayette (LA), planted two daughter works, and led two additional churches through revitalization.

During his more than four decades of ministry, he has served on the staff of three churches as well as in district leadership roles as Texas section youth leader, Louisiana Youth President, North American Missions Secretary, and North American Missions Director.

He holds a B.A. in Theology from Jackson College of Ministries. He and his wife, Karen, have two sons. Derek, Holly, Jaxon, and Kendall reside in Lafayette, Louisiana. Joel, Bridgette, and Maxwell reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Brandon Stroud was elected as the Louisiana District UPCI Secretary in March 2022. Previous to this election, he and his wife, Michelle, were the Youth Pastor of Hodge UPC (LA). He has also served the Louisiana District Youth Ministries as Section 10 Youth Director, and later as the LDYM Secretary.

Brandon graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. of Finance. Throughout his life, Brandon has enjoyed being involved with the many events and ministries that have taken place on the renowned Louisiana campgrounds. From playing many different roles over the years in the Kids Camp Drama Team to singing with Allstate Youth Choir (where he first met his wife), he has always held the campgrounds, and what they represent, close to heart.

He considers it his highest honor to serve with the dynamic ministers and saints that make up this great constituency. His passion is to see the LA District UPCI continue to be unified, encouraged, and activated in the cause of God's unshakable Kingdom!
