Derald R. Weber

North American Missions Director

After graduating from Jackson College of Ministries, Derald Weber served as Children’s Minister and Youth Pastor for several years before evangelizing. The Webers moved to San Antonio, Texas, in 1989 and served as Assistant Pastor for 7 years.In 1996, Derald Weber and his family moved to Lafayette, Louisiana, and founded The Pentecostals of Lafayette where he still pastors. He has served as a youth committee member in Texas and Louisiana as well as Louisiana District youth president for an interim period. In 2006 he was appointed Home Missions Secretary and in 2008 Home Missions Director.

Dewaine Parker

North American Missions Secretary

After attending seminary Dewaine Parker served at churches in Louisiana and New York and has traveled extensivly preaching and teaching. In June of 2012 Dewaine started Bridgepoint Church in Gramercy Louisiana where he currently lives with his wife Stephanie of 20 years and three children Jared, Angela and Ann Marie.

James White

North American Missions Promotions Director

Pastor James White was elected senior pastor of Crossroads New Life Tabernacle on May 23, 2010. Pastor has been active within the UPCI for many years—serving on various local and district committees. In late 2007 Pastor left a career in banking to follow God’s plan for his life. He says, “the journey we started in 2007 taught us things we would have never learned if we would not have taken that leap of faith.” He is married to the lovely Susan Tackett White and they have one beautiful daughter, Hope White.

Keith Fletcher

Evangelist Coordinator

Keith attended Apostolic Bible Institute, is an ordained minister of the Louisiana District, a full-time evangelist traveling across America as well as many countries around the world. He was appointed LA District Evangelist Coordinator in October of 2015. He is married to Melissa Fletcher and has three children, Brayden, Toby and Courtney and 2 grandchildren Mason and Marlie.
